Accurate background ironically provided grossly inaccurate information about my criminal record- falsely stating the final disposition was convicted when the case is in fact still pending. While I dont dispute that the case can not be reported as pending, I deserve that disinformation not be reported where I am adversely economically impacted and my livelihood and human survival is unfairly impacted due to disinformation.
