Two events which leads to credit scoring and auto payments impacts. : I believe that I am a consumer targeted in unfair practice by XXXX and its auto lender Exeter Finance. In XXXX I purchased a XXXX XXXX XXXX used from XXXX. Due to the urgency of the need of the car to get to work and having very little downpayment cash, XXXX offered a {$2000.00} trade in on my vehicle that was performing badly- towards the cost {$24000.00} purchase. During the XXXX hour, I was faced with signing for a 9 % interest rate. Things snowballed from there when a year later the pandemic hit. I contact Exeter about possible moving 2 payments to the end of the loan, however Exeter customer service would just ask me to update my account information and if ai had any relatives to pay the bill. Since covid, I was XXXX XXXX XXXX and had income cut in half. As I pay the monthly bill, I am still 2-3 months behind and with {$16000.00} left on the loan and I get up to 4 calls per day about the arrears although the company is aware of my stressed and stretched income statue the company will not make any concessions. These 2 events has aided to my credit score Constantine dropping. I live in fear everyday of my car being repossessed and the company lack of assistance. Thank you
