XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX filed on my behalf. Penfed sold a debt to another collection agency of {$9600.00} on XX/XX/XXXX Account ending XXXX and penfed Federal credit union, still trying to collect the debt after they sold the debt this is all public record. on XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX Discharged I get letters in mail, Email, phone calls, from Penfed! Penfed sold my debt and reclaimed it during bankruptcy. I have all document to prove in court when I file. Penfed reports on XXXX XXXX XXXX discharge and penfed go back and reports charge off bad debt/collections. Penfed reports multiple times to manipulate credit bureau. They also send collections to collect debt while manipulating false practice in reporting to credit bureau. I have been threatened to be sued for bad debt and my home have lien put on it if I do not pay. BANKRUPTCY CODE SECTION 362 AUTOMATIC STAY have been a VIOLATION OF AUTOMATIC STAY UNDER ITS POWER OF CONTEMPT. PENFED VIOLATED THE COURTS ORDER. I WILL FILE FOR DAMAGES SOON. PENFED WILL LIE ABOUT CALLING SO THEY CAN IGNORE THIS I DO NOT WANT THEM CALLING ME IM TIRED OF HURASSMENT. This month Penfed again each month reports multiple times to XXXX in one month at same time. First penfed will acknowledge its XXXX XXXX discharge and penfed will report after that BAD DEBT and penfed will go in and state collection. Penfed is manipulating credit bureaus. Penfed hit my report 4 times back-to-back on same bureau same day.
