I have outlined the following incorrect late or XXXX reporting for months after account closure by the creditor. Please fix these errors immediately and remove the late payments. If you are unable to do so, then remove the entire account since it is being reported inaccurately. No to mention this debt was never validated when requested from the creditor and the XXXX and Equifax have failed to do a property investigation ... .. confirming the dates of closure and continually reporting negative and inaccurate information. The below account is in violation of FCRA section 623- Which states CRA can report delinquent until closure, post closure/ discharge, CRA can not continue to report negative information months after months.
