On XX/XX/2023 I sent off a letter to Transunion asking for my accounts to be looked at for accuracy and completeness of accounts. You can see the attachment to view the accounts I requested to be re-investigated. It is XX/XX/2023 and I have not heard anything from Transunion about the re-investigation that was only supposed to take 30 days to complete. These inaccurately reporting items are causing me a great amount of stress and XXXX due to me being in the process of trying to buy a house. Transunion has failed to do a timely investigation on my account as well as notify me that any of my accounts are under investigation.
