I would like these items immediately re-investigated. These inaccuracies are highly injurious to my credit rating. 1. This account is not reported consistently on all three credit bureaus. Only XXXX report this account. This is a misuse of the e-ocar and the incorrect Metro2 format. I don't own this account. I never received any pertinent paperwork informing me of this debt I demand an investigation to verify this account prior 30 days ago. Up to date, I havent received any correspondence from the credit bureaus. The account on this account is listed as a debt buyer, which is contradictory because, according to the IRS tax code 's legal permissible business exception, a debt can not be legally purchased by any unapproved third party entity when the account is written off as a loss. Instead, it is legally considered to be uncollectible debt.
