When I initially discovered there was an outstanding debt owed to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX, I contacted them. The managing group called XXXX XXXX for The Columns at XXXX XXXX stated I owed the debt so long they decided to sell it to a business who collects debt called RentDebt Automated Collections and that I would need to call them. I contacted RentDebt Automated Collections and advised who I was, and my purpose was to pay a debt that I owed, with the purposes of RentDebt Automated Collections sending a Goodwill letter to all three creditor bureaus asking to have this collection to be removed from my credit report. RentDebt Automated Collections agreed to the terms and collected {$250.00} dollars and stated I owed them a XXXX balance. This debt was paid on XX/XX/2022. I recently checked my credit report and discovered that RentDebt Automated Collections did not hold up their end of the deal by contacting the credit bureaus and having the collection removed from my report. Also, while reviewing the debt on my report, I noticed there were a few discrepancies. On the report where it has the original lender the bureaus have different names. The Agency Name on the credit report is wrong as well. The Agency Name is reported as three different names to all three credit bureaus. Seeing that this information is inaccurate Id like to have this collection removed from my credit report. I settled with RentDebt Automated Collections for {$250.00} dollars, but RentDebt Automated Collections is reporting to the credit bureaus that the dollars amount was {$290.00} dollars this is completely inaccurate, and false, and therefore driving up my XXXX score. Seeing that this information is inaccurate Id like to have this collection removed from my credit report. RentDebt Automated Collections has reported different dollar amounts to all three credit bureaus when it comes to current balance. XXXX reports : {$0.00} XXXX reports : {$0.00} XXXX reports : - blank Once again RentDebt Automated Collection has not proven itself to be a company that operates under the Fair Credit reporting Act and is not fair to me as a consumer. Therefore, due to their extreme negligence Id like to have this collection account removed from my credit report from all three credit bureaus. RentDebt has not correctly reported the status of my account properly, and it is reading different with every major credit bureau.
