I have contacted the credit bureaus to remove incorrect name, addresses, phone and to correct date of birth with no success. Some of these are connected to an ex-spouse that was not on any accounts with. There are also names and address that I have never used that are on my credit reports. My name changed in XXXX and I still can't get them to update it correctly. All of my creditors have the correct information on file and say they report it correctly. I have provided proof of my personal information with no success. This has been done several times in the past but the most recent was XX/XX/XXXX.
