I was living at XXXX XXXX and was highly XXXX XXXX XXXX and could not XXXX up the steps that lead to my apartment and requested a transfer I was put on a waitlist and was concerned about the affordability of the home and my current condition I set and had a meeting with the property manager in reference to moving out I put a proper XXXX notice in and continued living in the property temporarily because when I put my notice in my apartment was already leased before I vacated I attempted to complete my lease out after recovering from XXXX and was offered a neutral unit on on the third floor because of XXXX I am not able to climb that many stairs without a period where I am able to sit but I had spoke with the property manager and I was informed that my security deposit will be kept by the property management and I'm to pay my rent in full I paid my rent in full clean the apartment thoroughly there was no scratches or nowhere and tear on this unit so I didn't have any walk out violence after about 3 years of living out of the property I received a notification from century credit stating that I owe from a breach of lease the property manager which was XXXX at the time and I agreed that this will be the terms of me leaving my lease early I've been tried to before my proper notice was over try to stay in the property but my unit was already leased so to me I feel like not only did we have a verbal agreement and also my lease was breached by the property management company by leasing my unit out before my lease was over XXXX XXXX HAS NO CURRENT XXXX TO CONTAXT THEM VIA EMAIL OR PHONE AND IS NO LONGER AT THIS POOERTY
