I co-signed my son XXXX XXXX 's private student loan with Climb Credit, during XXXX we assume that Climb Credit loan was on pause and could not able to make payments. In the XX/XX/2023 I contacted Climb via email with the pay to delete offer and I received response back from Climb Credit on XX/XX/2023 that account has been charged off to XXXX now. XXXX enclosed. I contacted XXXX and paid off the balance and remove the negative enquiry from my credit report. Which XXXX did but despite my repeated requested to Climb Credit to remove negative reporting on my credit report it is still showing that me and my son owe balance of {$21000.00} which is hurting badly as I am in process to buy home and being denied for home loan. Every time I contact Climb Credit to remove negative reporting of credit bureau specially XXXX and I have not been able to receive any response.
