FOR THE LAST XXXX YEARS I HAVE RECEIVED A BILL FROM MERIDIAN FINANCIAL SERVICE A COLLECTION COMPANY WITH A DEMAND FOR PAYMENT IN THE THOUSANDS. I HAD TO PAY THE BILL IN XXXX BEAUSE THEY SENT THE BILL TO THE CREDIT REPORTING AGENCY WHICH LOWER MY CREDIT SCORE. EACH MONTH XXXX DOLLARS WAS ADDED WHEN I DID NOT PAY. THIS YEAR THE BILL HAS CHARGES FOR LATE FEES {$930.00}, AND AS OF XX/XX/XXXX I OWE XXXX. HOWEVER, DURING THE YEAR, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ONE BILL. THE COMPANY IS XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. SINCE A BILL WAS NOT SENT TO MY ADDRESS. I AM ASSUMING THAT THIS COMPANY IS HOLDING THE BILL SO THAT IT CAN ACCUMULATE LATE FEES AND OTHER CHARGES. I HAVE XXXX BILLS THAT I PAY MONTHLY AND THEY ARE PAID100 % ON TIME. AS IS NORMAL, I GET A STATEMENT EACH MONTH FROM THESE COMPANIES TELLING ME HOW MUCH I OWE AND WHEN IT IS DUE. WHEN I RECEIVED THIS COLLECTION LETTER THIS MONTH, I CONTACTED THE COLLECTION FOR INFORMATION ABOUT WHY I DID NOT RECEIVE A MONTHLY BILL AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED AN ANSWER FROM THEM. SO IF A BILL IS OWED, LEGALLY, A MONTHLY STATEMENT MUST BE SENT OUT TO THE CUSTOMER. I HAVE NEVER IN THE XXXX YEARS RECEIVED A MONTHLY BILL FROM THIS BUSINESS. I WANT A DETAILED BILL FROM THE XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX.
