Comenity Bank did not make it clear that I was in a promotional plan. They put the blame on the store where I got the card saying they should have told me. I still never knew. I had autopay enabled and thought it was doing the correct payments and then get charged a deferred interest payment without any notice afterwards. The only notice I got was on 3 statements in small font. They never reached out or warned me of this predatory lending. I had to pay this because I was being charged more interest on it. I paid everything off and closed the account and get some other late interest fee a week later from them. I called when I closed my account and asked if there was anything else needed and they said no yet still charged me. They consistently are hiding things from me and I never know what I owe.
