Aldous & Associates responded to the CFPB with factual misrepresentation. In complaint XXXX they were unable to prove the debt and when they responded this company continues to commit fraud. They have placed an inaccurate file on my credit report and when I dispute with the CFPB they commit fraud by claiming I did not send any dispute of debt. A dispute of debt was sent on XX/XX/2023, and was received by Aldous & Associates on XX/XX/2023. I will attach the XXXX certified electronic confirmation to this document. I will also attach the letter I sent to them on XX/XX/2023, to this document with the exhibits. This company continues to cause harm to my file with inaccurate information. I have shown that they have made an error and the FCRA requires they investigate which they do not do. Per conversing with a CFPB representative I have been instructed to attach the XXXX XXXX confirmation that I sent this debt dispute.
