As stated before I have been a loyal paying customer since you guys purchased my loan back in XXXX my loan had no history of late payments. The only issue I had occurred due to improper handling of my loans property taxes. In XXXX the taxes were paid on XX/XX/XXXX for XXXX with no issue. However for some reason XXXX 's taxes had the issue of not being paid out or accounted for until XX/XX/XXXX for a total of XXXX. Three months later on XX/XX/XXXX the taxes were also added for XXXX for a total of XXXX making my payments spiral out of control. My argument is that this is a mistake caused by BSI not properly handling/servicing my loan payments starting from XX/XX/XXXX. My payments started off the year at XXXX by next month someone who works at BSI changed the system payment to XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX which continued all the way until XX/XX/XXXX. I have never missed a payment before this issue caused my payment to balloon from from XXXX to XXXX and all the way up to XXXX which causes a lot of stress and created a Financial hardship all within a years time. I Caught up on all payments and my account is current I paid over XXXX to catch up but my credit is ruined. I'm asking that BSI do the right thing like I tried too in bringing my account current and due to all the mistakes that were made. I was clearly affected by the immediate changes and ask that my credit report for the months of XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX be updated as paid as agreed the late payments are unnecessary when payment is up to date with no history of late payments.
