Hello, i have mailed several dispute letters sent certified mail to you for you to conduct an investigation in XX/XX/2022, XX/XX/2022, and XX/XX/2022. I never received any results In the mail for the investigation, which is a violation of the Fair credit reporting act. I called to request a copy of the investigation results and I was told that no investigation into my disputes were ever done. This is a clear violation of 15 USC 1681i. Because of your negligent handling of this matter I have suffered tremendous damage to my reputation, character, health, and lifestyle. You have caused me to be denied opportunities economically, which has hindered my ability to provide for my family.
