Hello, I never really bothered with my credit let alone check my credit due to me just now becoming a young adult and actually understanding how important credit is. I've never really made big purchases or made payments on anything until my adulthood began. I am now aware that items have been showing up on my credit like my student loan which began in XXXX. I also recently got a car last year which shows on my credit. And of course when wanting a car you must know what your credit is so that you are aware of what to search for. So once I received my credit report, I noticed that there were an outrageous number of errors in inquiries and accounts opened in my name, beginning way back from when I was a freshman in high school. With that being said, I contacted all XXXX credit unions and spent lots of money just to get letters sent out to them to dispute all of the unknown accounts and inquiries. There was even a major loan open on my credit in XXXX, meaning that I would have been XXXX XXXX XXXX opening a loan in my name which is likely impossible. So as I stated I reached out to each credit bureau, all of their responses were as if they were automated basically telling me that they could not dispute the inquiries and accounts that I requested to be disputed. I have been trying to get these things removed for over 6 months, still spending money by sending letters certified mail trying to receive proof from the credit bureaus of where I signed or anything to show that the accounts belong to me ( in which they do not ) I have received no luck, no successful responses. Within the months that I've been trying to clear the unknown on my credit I have only been able to successfully dispute XXXX item and was able to have my name correctly spelled on there. I am quite familiar with the law, so I even demanded that they ( the credit bureau ) pay me {$1000.00} due to their violations and me having that right according to the Fair Credit Reporting Act and 15 USC 1681n. To whoever is reading this I am quite sure you know how important credit is. With my credit score being so low due to all of these unknown accounts and inquiries just sitting there, it is holding me back from getting approved of literally everything. I am asking for help please, I have spent too much money on trying to get this resolved and have no success at all.
