By court order we suppose to get automatic student loan forgiveness how meet the criteria, it's been more than +4years of suffering waiting for the action by the department of education . I submitted an application for loan forgiveness based on my eligibility for the program, but I have not received a discharge despite waiting for over four years. the lack of loan discharge has impacted my life, such as the financial burden of continuing to make payments on a loan you believe should have been discharged.
