I made an arrangement with XXXX and will upload the agreement. XXXX stopped all of a sudden and was sent to Credit Control who said they heard nothing regarding the agreement with XXXX. When I called the primary holder of the debt the man I spoke to acknowledged the payments made but not agreement that I have in writing and told me I am facing default and legal action. This is all a bunch of misinformation and falsehoods. I have the proof right here. {$3900.00} was reduced to {$1900.00} this was all done as soon as this was about to fall of my credit so I was tricked into this agreement with threats, to allow for the loophole to make the clock start again even thought it had been over 7 years and was no longer on my credit report. But I work a program of fiscal amends and I went along with it, not knowing this was all shady.
