THIS COMPANY HAD PURCHSED AN INVALID CHARGED -OFF CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT THAT IS WELL PAST THE FLORIDA STATUTE OF LIMITATION FOR DEBT COLLECTION. I NEVER ENTERED INTO ANY CONTRACT WITH THIS COLLECTION COMPANY, I DO NOT OWE ANY DEBT TO THIS COMPANY. I HAVE REPEATED REQUESTED IN WRITING TO THIS COMPANY TO PROVIDE ME PROOF OF A CONTRACT THAT I HAVE WITH THIS COMPANY, BUT THEY HAVE NOT ONLY FAILED TO PROVIDE ME PROOF THAT I OWE THIS COMPANY A debt but they have falsely reported that I owe this debt. The statute of limitations for collecting on a debt in the State of Florida is 4 years. THIS COMPANY IS ILLEGALLY TRYING TO COLLECT ON A THAT IS : NOT MINE, THAT IS NO LONGER VALID/OR DOES NOT EXIST, NO LONGER COLLECTABLE AND IS REPORTING FALSE AND DEGROGATORY INFORMATION ON MY CREDIT REPORTS
