You are required under the FCRA to have a copies of the original creditors documentation on file to verify that this information is 100 % true, accurate and correct. I am requesting that the late payment markings be updated to reflect my accurate payment history. In the results of your numerous investigations and subsequent reinvestigations, you stated in writing that you verified that this item is being reported correctly?
