In XXXX, my discovery revealed Experian, XXXX XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX XXXX breached my trust selling personal, sensitive, and credit information to foreign entities damaging my history. 15 US Code 1681 2 2 ( A ) mention companies violate laws reporting information to consumer reporting agencies. I read a person shall not offer any information to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows, or has reasonable cause to believe, the information is inaccurate because that is a violation of privacy. As 15 US Code 1681 B 2 ( a ) states, no entity can list information in my consumer report without my written permission. Per US Code 1028 ( a ) information offered without my written permission is identity theft and listing inaccurate and personal information is illegal and must be removed at once due to non-validity. I presume that no proof of the alleged debt exists. It is unfair agencies write off debts decreasing their tax burden when unfairly increasing mine. Identity thieves exploited a security weakness in the website of Experian. Experian requires that those seeking a copy of their credit report successfully answer several multiple choice questions about their financial history. But until the end of 2022, Experians website allowed anyone to bypass these questions and go straight to the consumers report. All that was needed was the persons name, address, birthday and Social Security number.
