See attached letter to Genesis, dated XX/XX/2023. A letter was received from Genesis on XX/XX/2023. However, the Genesis letter was dated XX/XX/2023 ( two weeks before my letter to Genesis ) and it referenced actions and changes, but failed to specify what those actions and changes were. Hence, the Genesis letter was unresponsive, unsatisfactory, and not in accordance with the telephonic conditions that Genesis agreed to on XX/XX/2023 and XX/XX/2023 respectively. I have not received any communications from Genesis in response to my letter dated XX/XX/2023. I provided a copy of my letter ( dated XX/XX/2023 ) to the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX of the Attorney General. The XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX of the Attorney General sent me a letter on XX/XX/2023, which stated it would forward a copy of my complaint to Genesis and request a statement of Genesis ' " position and possible adjustment. '' I haven't received any subsequent correspondence from any party. When updating my FTC Identity Theft Report on XX/XX/2023, it prompted me to file a complaint with the CFPB ( since my letter to Genesis did not solve the problem ). Hence, this complaint.
