AIMLOAN is over charging our escrow account by double the amount of property taxes owed. I have tried to resolve this issue twice with them including an email on XX/XX/2023. AIMLOAN has our property taxes as being {$9700.00} ANNUALLY collected twice yearly as two payments of {$4800.00} in XXXX and {$4800.00} in XXXX. Our ACTUAL TAXES from our county Treasurer - they are {$4500.00} ANNUALLY collected as two payments of {$2200.00} in XXXX and {$2300.00} in XXXX. This is a discrepancy of you OVER COLLECTION {$5200.00} ANNUALLY in our escrow account. They are refusing to acknowledge this issue or adjust out escrow amount down despite over charing us $ XXXX MONTHLY. Attached is the proof of the issue from AIMLOAN and our County Treasurer.
