I have XXXX for my sister checking account, for the past XXXX years. When I took over this account, I was told she only had a checking account at this bank. ON XX/XX/2023, My niece told me her mother has a checking and saving account. I contacted XXXX XXXX to inquire if my sister has a saving account on XX/XX/2023. After talking to XXXX different customer service operator over a period of XXXX I still wasn't able to find out if any account existed. I asked the last customer rep his name and he hung up the phone. At XXXX AM I once again contact XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, I was once again switched to three different reps without any help.
