In XXXX of this year we paid a vehicle off, our XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. PNC BANK is who the financing was through. There were 4 years of XXXX monthly payments to PNC bank, that were never late. Not one piece of this loan or payments were ever reported to any of the credit bureaus. We found this out when we tried getting a new truck loan and was told we didn't have any credit established ( this was through my business tax ID number ). We are now paying a much higher interest rate for a business vehicle loan due to this issue. I started with calls to my banks XXXX numbers and calls to the local branch. Finally one of the branch managers from a local branch escalated my issue to a retail service representative. This person called me once, I returned his call, and we spoke about my issue. He said he could see the issue and all of the communication I have had with the bank about the issue. He was to call me back 4 weeks ago now almost. I have made multiple calls to him, leaving messages each time, and he has not returned my calls. I've exhausted every effort to get someone at PNC to handle this problem and correct it and have resulted to this.
