Im have not applied, nor signed or authorized or opened any XXXX Account. I have disputed this fraudulent account # XXXX with XXXX via mail and have not heard any feedback from XXXX. I have asked XXXX for the application filed, any documents of transactions related to this account, the address, references and the forged signature on file. XXXX did not send any documents and did not respond to my mail in dispute. My personal info was taken when my vehicle was stolen with my wallet & laptop were inside. A police report was filed in XXXX XXXX. Ive also made a report with IdentityTheft.gov reference # XXXX. XXXX continues to report this fraudulent account on my credit report.
