I sent a dispute certified letter on XX/XX/23 to TransUnion about the validity of account XXXX # XXXX which was received on XX/XX/23 @ XXXX ( letter uploaded ). As of XX/XX/23 the report showed it was updated XX/XX/23 well after they received the letter but had yet to note that account was being disputed which is required by law [ XXXX us code XXXX ]. Then on XX/XX/23 the report showed that it was updated on XX/XX/23 and now showed a dispute note which is clearly fraud. They basically tried to back date themselves out of a clear violation. I have update screenshots of all supporting documents.
