I went for a physical exam to the XXXX XXXX in XXXX KS. I paid the amount owed ( {$59.00} ) while theyre back in XXXX. Last month i received notice i was being sent to collections. i confirmed with my bank that the amount was paid on the day of service. I have called the XXXX XXXX several times and they continue to state that they havent gotten to it yet I only have XXXX days left before they submit to collections and hurt my credit for a debt i never owed.
