On XX/XX/2023, Navy Federal Credit Union denied my claim for a chargeback regarding a transaction that was never successfully completed. I received notice of this online. I then followed up and called XXXX XXXX to inquire about this dispute. They said they could not help me and XXXX me a chargeback. I originally filed the dispute with them on XX/XX/2023. On XX/XX/2023, I made a transaction for {$420.00} to XXXX XXXX. I never received the items which I paid for and the merchant, ( XXXX XXXX ), never refunded me the money after requesting a refund. I never received a tracking number so there is no evidence that the items were ever shipped to me. I am unable to resolve this with the merchant and expect XXXX XXXX to do what is right.
