XXXX, Equifax, and XXXX are reporting inaccurate information on my credit file regarding XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX reports the Balance {$780.00} and the date the account was opened was XX/XX/2019. This is inaccurate information. They also list XXXX XXXX XXXX at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. # XXXX. XXXX lists XXXX XXXX XXXX at XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, NY XXXX. According to the fair Credit Reporting Act, Section 609 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ). XXXX, Equifax, and XXXX are required by federal law to verify through the physical verification of the original signed consumer contract any and all accounts posted to a person 's credit report. Otherwise, anyone paying for your reporting services could fax, mail or email in a fraudulent account. I demand to see the Verifiable Proof of an original Consumer Contract with my Signature on it for XXXX XXXX XXXX. You can't provide one because NO CONTRACT exists. In addition, XXXX XXXX XXXX lists XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX as the original creditor. This isn't the accurate name of the original creditor and I never gave my consent for any of these companies to share my data. XXXX of these companies has fraudulently reported that the business address for the storage unit is my personal home address. This is false, misleading, and I don't think a business should be able to dictate to a credit reporting company where I lived or did not live. I am not liable for this debt. I never signed a contract with XXXX XXXX XXXX and have been harassed by their constant calls and damaged by their fraudulent reporting of this debt. Your failure to positively verify these accounts has hurt my ability to obtain credit. Under the FCRA, unverified accounts must be removed and if you are unable to provide me with a copy of verifiable proof, you must remove the accounts listed below. I have asked multiple times for validation and received nothing. How are the credit bureaus validating this?
