I purchased a Nissan XXXX XXXX in XXXX and in XX/XX/XXXX the car stopped out of nowhere. I had the car towed to Nissan in XXXX and they informed me that the car needed a new engine and it was covered under my warranty. It was about 2 weeks before I got my vehicle so they loaned me a vehicle in the interim. The following week they stated I could come pick up my vehicle. I get a few blocks at a local car wash as they left my car dirty and as I am in line my car starts smoking and there's fluid all over the ground. In trying not to pay for another tow, I drive my vehicle in limp mode back to the dealership for them to tell me that coolant was leaking all over the engine because they didn't put the cap on tight enough, but they wiped it down and it was good, so I left that day with the car, the next day after going to buy my tabs, the car wasnt turning over and was lagging so I brought it back to the dealership for the third time and they stated my alternator and battery was out so I got placed in another loaner car. About a week later they contacted me the car was fixed, but at this point I didnt feel safe especially a single mother with XXXX small XXXX. I initated the Lemon Law and started that process. In the midst of that process, they were harrassing me to give the loaner car back and i didnt feel safe driving the car they cant seem to fix. They stated they could call the police on me and report the car as stolen if I dont return it. So I against my will, returned the loaner car in great condition and they returned my car filthy. And as im working with the Nissan Arbitrator for the replacement vehicle they make me give all this information over and after weeks, they say im approved and they are sending the check to pay off my current vehicle, but before I can pick up my new car ( thats approved ) I have to wait an additional 2-3 weeks for them to have XXXX a third party vendor to pick up my car before they will pay off the old car. Now as im driving the current car its starting to have starter issues again. This isnt right.
