I AM TAKING AN EDUCATION COURSE THROUGH THE LOCAL COMMUNITY COLLEGE AND FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE TO THE PARTICIPANTS TO PAY HOUSEHOLD MONTHLY EXPENSES BUT THE COLLEGE REQUIRES THAT MY MORGAGE COMPANY COMPLETE THE VENDOR APPLICATION AND XXXX FORM IN ORDER TO RECIEVE PAYMENT - I FORWARDED THE BLANK DOCS ALONG WITH MY LETTER OF INSTRUCTION BACK ON XX/XX/2023 AND SINCE THEN I HAVE CONTINUOUSLY CALLED TO CHECK THE STATUS - SINCE THEN I HAVE FALLEN BEHIND ON MY MONTHLY PAYMENTS AND I AM NOW RELYING ON THIS ASSISTANCE IN ORDER TO CATCHED MYSELF BACK UP TO CURRENT - THE MORGAGE LENDER HAS EXCEEDED THE 30 DAY TIME FRAME AND THE STATUS STILL REMAINS OPENED AND UNDER REVIEW- I HAVE CALLED MANY TIMES AND ASKED FOR MY CASE TO BE ESCALATED - I WAS ASSURED THAT A SUPERVISOR WOULD REVIEW AND CALL ME BACK OR THAT THEY WOULD REACH OUT TO ANOTHER AREA IN THE COMPANY AND CALL BE BACK BUT I HAVE GOTTEN NO CALLS FROM MY LENDER AND NO RESOLUTION IS IN SIGHT - I AM NEARING THE END OF MY EDUCATION COURSE AND FEAR I CAN MISS MY OPPERTUNITY FOR ASSISTANCE.
