This account submitted a letter to the company and all the agencies that report on my credit kindly demanding a verification of the information, since it presents wrong information negatively affecting my credit report. After several attempts, it was not possible to obtain a response from the issuing bank saying that they do not have this account but the agencies continue to report it and in the same way we have not obtained any response from the credit agencies.
