Under Section 809 ( b ) of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ) ( 15 U.S.C. 1692g ), I am formally disputing this debt and requesting validation. Please note that this is not a request for " verification '' or proof of my mailing address, but a request for VALIDATION made pursuant to the above-named Title and Section. I respectfully request that your office provide me with competent evidence that I have any legal obligation to pay you. Furthermore, under Section 611 ( Procedure in case of disputed accuracy ) of the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) ( 15 U.S.C. 1681i ), I am also disputing the accuracy of this information with the credit reporting agencies. If you can not verify this debt or correct the information, the FCRA requires that it be deleted immediately.
