I paid {$300.00} from my XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX savings account XXXX. Ive had funds in my account since I submitted the payment. To this day I still have funds in that account. Not once did I see a pending capital one payment on my account summary and I checked every single day for it because I needed to know when it posted so I can inquire about my available credit. Come to find out today capital one closed my account falsely. Like I said they never took the payment out! Its a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX savings account and I had money in it. This is wrong and capital one knows it.
