On XX/XX/2023 I was notified by XXXX a new Credit account with XXXX was opened in my name on XX/XX/2023. I did not open this account and I believe it is fraudulent as the result of Identity Theft. I have since opened 2 complaints with XXXX XXXX XXXX and they have not resolved the matter. Also I never received any card in the mail. This confirms my fear that it is fraudulent.
