I contacted vanilla prepaid debit card today XX/XX/2023 about them replacing my gift card with a balance of {$30.00} because once I opened the package I saw that the card was misssing numbers on the front and missing the cvv number on the back. They wanted me to provide a proof of purchase of the card when it was a gift given to me on celebration occasion. A receipt I obviously dont have or know who gave it to me. This company obviously know most of the people wont have access to that receipt as proof, thats the way to keep their scheme fraud going.
