On XX/XX/XXXX I sent out disputes to each credit bureaus asking them to block the inaccurate items on my report due to identity theft also sent in a ftc report showing items that is effecting me. According to consumer law 15 USC 1681 C-2 any credit reporting agency shall block information in 4 days upon receiving notice of breach of identity. The Credit Bureaus have failed to do this violating my consumer rights. And i am impaled to seek the proper remedies if this is not properly taken care of. On XX/XX/XXXX i received a letter from all bureaus stating that my request was sent in error which is very disheartening being as though I am the natural being consumer. According to procedure in case of disputed accuracy 15 USC 1681I I should be afforded a fair investigation of the disputed items to be looked into for accuracy. This matter has not been taken into consideration. I am asking all my request be granted thru the fairness of the law and taken care of expeditiously
