XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX Last Four SSNXXXX Account Number : XXXX Date Opened : XX/XX/XXXX My rights as a consumer has been violated by Experian. 15 USC 1681a ( 4 ) : There is a need to ensure that consumer reporting agencies exercise their grave responsibilities with fairness, impartiality, and a respect for the consumers right to privacy. I have sent multiple letters to Experian regarding this account on my credit report. Instead of addressing my concerns specifically, they send me an automated response saying the information being disputed is accurate. I do not care whether the information is accurate or not. I do not want my private information on my consumer report. 15 USC 1681a ( 2 ) ( a ) ( i ) : ( 2 ) Exclusions.Except as provided in paragraph ( 3 ), the term consumer report does not include ( i ) report containing information solely as to transactions or experiences between the consumer and the person making the report. Account XXXX should be in my consumer report at all. I would like Experian to delete this from consumer report immediately.
