Experian has been allowing my information to be released and I have been breached by the company and the report has not been updated to reflect the status of my account as payment is not received as paid but XXXX XXXX account is still showing up as not paid and my information from the accounts that are 7 or more years old and closed are still being used and my information on my background is not accurate because I was never convicted of the crime it was dismissed and the case is closed but the report is still being used in the account with experian and I dont want to be held accountable for the information that is being used
