On XXXX I sent in letters to the credit bureaus informing them that they have been reporting inaccurate and unverifiable information to my consumer report. I've waited over 30 days and have yet to receive a response from them. They're not only in violation of the FCRA but they're violating my rights as a consumer by reporting these items. I feel like I am being taken advantage of and my problems aren't being addressed. If these accounts aren't removed immediately I will be forced to file for litigation. Please help me with this.
