The following companies have taken more than 30 days or more to respond and not resolving my complaints being made. This is the last warning before legal action will be taken against them I have documented over 35 CFPB complaints that have all come back with untruthful verified claims. I also have COPIES OF ALL CORRESPONDANCE WITH EXPERIAN, XXXX AND XXXX WHO FAILED TO REMOVE THE INACCURATE INFORMATION. EXPERIAN STATED THEY WOULD NOT REMOVE ANY ADDRESSES CONNECTED TO CREDITORS WHO CLAIM THE ADDRESSES ARE MINE. I HAVE ALL THIS ON RECOREDED PHONE CONVERSATIONS WITH EXPERIAN, WHICH I HAVE PROVEN ARE NOT MY ADDRESSES. I ALSO HAVE IN WRITING AND WILL BE USED BY MY LEGAL COUNSEL AGAINST XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, EXPERIAN, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX XXXX AND XXXX XXXX WILL ALL BE SUED IF NOT DELETED IMMEDIATELY THIS IS THE LAST AND FINAL WARNING BEFORE LITIGATION. IDENTITY THEFT AFFIDAVITS AND AFFIDAVITS OF TRUTH HAVE ALL BEEN SENT AND WILL BE USED TO SUE FOR DAMAGES AS ALL FCRA AND THEIR CLIENTS REFUSED TO RESPOND.
