My perusal information was compromised in the XXXX XXXX XXXX and I have notified TransUnion of this multiple times. I have let them know these fraudulent inquiries should be removed and blocked MULTIPLE TIMES. TransUnion has violated federal law 15 U.S.C. 1681 multiple times and have acted in a way that displays they are willfully and negligently choosing to not comply with federal law. They have not done an investigation into this matter and have told me on multiple occasions it is the consumer who has to complete an investigation which shows they have no intention to comply with the basic principle of the federal law. I have now included an identity theft report in this response.
