Where do I begin.. I opened a loan with XXXX XXXX for an XXXX in XXXX of 2022. After XXXX days with the loan open, I had cancelled with dentist and loan company, as well as did not pick up the product. The loan company was bought out by Westlake Portfolio Management. I have called multiple times and was told my account had been closed, but that was never the case. I had found out recently when being pre-approved for a mortgage that my credit score dropped over XXXX points for delinquency. I called the loan company, and they told me that they could not make any changes and to contact all three credit bureaus. I have put in numerous disputes and Westlake Portfolio Management is providing the credit bureaus with false information. First off, my loan was for an Invisalign ( not auto loan - I would like to report fraud ). Second the account was supposed to be closed of XX/XX/2022 not XXXX of 2022, again fraud. Not happy when my credit score is affecting my life before getting married and purchasing a house. I know that this company has been reported before so I figured this process would be simple, but it has been rather frustrating. I need these delinquency marks to be removed from my credit score as they should not have been there in the first place. Also, every time I ask for written confirmation, they refuse to give it so I can not provide supporting documents to the credit bureaus.
