Reference # : XXXX I reject your offer to contract. I did not consent to any nonaffiliated third party being in possession of my nonpublic personal information. This is a notice to cease and desist all communication resulting from this alleged debt. I am not requesting validation of any alleged debt as obtaining nonpublic personal information without my lawful authority constitutes aggravated identity theft 18 USC 1028A. The balance reflects an extension of credit. The collection of this extension of credit would be a violation of the false claim act. I would like the name and address of the original creditors as I have reason to believe that you both are conspiring to collect on this extension of credit through unlawful extortionate means. If there is any attempt to engage in any further collection activity on this extension of credit such as the furnishing of false credit information to the credit reporting agencies, I will file for suit for intentional infliction of emotional distress!
