In XX/XX/2023, I entered into a settlement offer with XXXX XXXX which is the third party collection agency that represents Hyundai Capital America. I originally owed {$7500.00} to Hyundai Capital America. Between XX/XX/2023- XX/XX/2023, I have made payments totaling {$3800.00} per the settlement agreement and have satisfied my obligation. I received a letter from XXXX XXXX indicating that I have met my obligations and they have submitted documentation to Hyundai Capital America indicating the same however, Hyundai Capital America will not update my credit report. XXXX XXXX have stated on numerous occasions that they have provided all documentation to their client, Hyundai Capital America however, Hyundai Capital America continues to allege that XXXX XXXX have provided them with nothing. I've offered to send the settlement in full letter to Hyundai Capital America however, they told me that even if I send the letter, they will not update my credit report without the actual correspondence from their third party collection agency, XXXX XXXX. I have even offered for all three parties ( myself, Hyundai Capital America & XXXX XXXX ) to do a conference call to assist in resolving this issue however, both XXXX XXXX and Hyundai Capital America refuse to cooperate with me in doing so to resolve this issue. I have requested to speak with managers with both organizations to no avail in a resolution.
