I do not know about the perpetrator who performed this act. I filed a police report with the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, which XXXX XXXX took the report, filed on XXXX with a case number of XXXX. 15 USC 16811b ( c ) and 1681g ( a ) ( 5 ) have been violated as well. The following Inquiries are fraudulent : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX The following Inquiries are still currently reporting on my credit file, Aggravated Identity Theft has been done, pursuant to 18 U.S.C. 1028A Also, I have been at my address for the last 5 years. You are hereby put on notice. Please remove these fraudulent Inquiries immediately or a lawsuit will be filed, seeking damages.
