I am not able to obtain the credit to which I am entitled because XXXX, Experian, and XXXX are ignoring my repeated disputes of numerous accounts that are being reported to my consumer report that I never initiated.They are REQUIRED to abide by the exercise of my right to prohibit the information from being used in connection with transactions that I did not initiate pursuant to 15 USC 1681m ( d ) ( 1 ) ( D ). I am a victim of identity theft and I have repeatedly requested that the credit reporting agencies block the information being reported pursuant 15 USC 1681c-2. The supporting documentation for the block of information has been on file since 2018 which includes the affidavit of identity theft, identity theft report, written statement, copy of driver 's license and copy of social security card. According to 15 USC 1681, false information being furnished to my consumer report is defamation of my character. The accounts being disputed are being furnished by creditors that are not licensed to conduct business in Louisiana which makes all purported obligations null, void unenforceable, and uncollectible as against public policy of this state pursuant to La. R.S. 9:3518.4 ( a ) ( 1 ). They are purporting to have completed investigations of my disputes in just 24-48 hours have failed provide an explanation or a list of reasons. The credit reporting agencies are damaging my reputation and causing me credit discrimination.
