I am furious. InXX/XX/2022 I spoke to the manager of this agency who told me that if I set up pay arrangements I would not be reported to the credit bureau. They've been withdrawing payments from my checking account monthly and just took another payment last month!!! I just realized that they indeed did report the balance to my credit report. I received no contact regarding this or the possibility of this!!!!!!!!! I am furious because they clearly lied to me!!!!!!!!!!!! I received no phone call from this agency since XXXX!!!
