Hyundai Motor Finance has stopped reporting all account updates to the 3 major credit bureaus since XXXX 2022. One of the 3 credit bureaus even has the account marked as closed, even though it is still active and I am paying every month. This goes against their documented practices, which state that they report the balance and standing of the account every month. Contacting them is met with silence, as they claim to be unable to address anything over the phone ( why have customer service phone numbers then? ). HMF was already fined $ XXXX by the CFPB for incorrect reporting to the credit bureaus. This apparently is continuing. Please help me resolve this.
